These movie demonstrations show how the user interacts with Pitchwheel. Please note that for the sake of download times, the movies are displayed at half size and the audio is lower quality.
You can see here that the inner pointer slowly moves towards the user pointer. This movement speed is controlled by the 'smooth' parameter. Note that the timing of the loop always stays constant.
Using inertia controls, the pitch will spring around, but always focus on the user pointer. The pitch altered signal here is mixed with the original, using the 'mix' control. You can create some interest vibrato sounds with this feature.
Pitch drums smoothly
Silly Opera
Wild percussion
The inertia controls can also create some very wild sounds, all in time with the drum loop's original BPM!
Strange Harmony
The outer light display is the semi-tone snap indicator. When 'snap' is enabled, the pitch is snapped to the nearest note. This allows for better accuracy, and convenient for live use.
